We may require payment for our services. Payment terms will be agreed upon in advance and may vary depending on the nature of the services provided.

4. Refund Policy

At ebuiz.com, we strive to deliver exceptional service to our clients. We understand that on rare occasions, projects may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund.

General Refund Policy:

• We offer a partial refund policy for most website, software development, app creation, and other development services, excluding consultancy and filing services.

• The eligibility for and amount of a refund will be subject to approval and depend on several factors, including:

  • The stage of project completion when the refund request is made.

  • The resources invested in the project by ebuiz.com.

  • Whether the project scope has been altered by the client outside of the original agreement.

Refund Timeframe:

• You can request a refund within 15 days of project initiation (excluding consultancy and filing services).

Non-Refundable Services

• Consultancy Services: Due to the nature of one-on-one consulting, these services are non-refundable.

• Filing Services: Due to the time-sensitive nature of filing processes, these services are also non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund:

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within the designated timeframe at claim@ebuiz.com or +91-8368356868. We will discuss your concerns and work with you to find a solution. If a refund is deemed appropriate, we will determine the refund amount based on the factors mentioned above.

• This policy applies only to service fees and does not cover any third-party costs incurred during the project (e.g., domain registration, API fees).

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to our services

eBuiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or website, even if eBuiz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  

7. Governing Law

in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
